In the event of Magnetic Resonance(particularly FMR), there is a magnetic precession around applied magnetic dc(in +z direction) field(precession like torque) as my magnetic moment is putting at some angle theta from applied dc field. the magnetic moment will be align in the direction of Static field as time passes(Damping like torque)to attain the energy minimization configuration. now there is a Oscillatory RF field(High frequency GHz) Applied perpendicular to the static dc field for the continuous precession of magnetic moment. Now the Question is that how the Magnetic moment will compensated for continuous precession. because the RF field is applied in one particular direction(let +y direction) and the Precession like torque and damping like torque will changes their direction instantaneously according to right hand rule.
