In APA 7th manual, three authors are treated like two authors during in-text citation (names of all authors and year like Wilson, John, & Ken, 2010) or like four authors (first author and et al. from the first in-text citation)? I have not got my copy of 7th ed yet, and information on net is mixed.

Previously (as per APA 6th edition), for three to five authors, all would be mentioned in the text for the first time (Wilson, Johan, Ken, & Barry, 2015). After that, it would be first author et al. (Wilson et al., 2015).
As per 7th edition, four authors or more would be mentioned with et al from the first citation (Wilson et al., 2015).
