Can you explain your electrochemical setup? Can you give an example of the timeframes? Are we talking seconds, minutes, hours?

It is three electrode set up in which silver/silver chloride reference, platinum as counter and graphite act as a working electrode. For charge it take 140 seconds and for discharging it take 160 seconds at 0.5 to - 0.5 V potential window

practically the charging time of super capacitor more than the discharging time.

Ideally, the charging and discharging time of a supercapacitor are equal. I suggest you to please check the current vs. time graph as well in order to reconfirm the parameters inserted for each.
