When solving partial differential equations, like diffusion equation, using the wavelet operating matrix method (Haar wavelet), why don't we get a better accuracy solution by increasing the number of points? as an example, eight points better than thirty-two or sixty-four points, Why. Is this situation still if we used another kind of wavelet?

Usually when you increase the number of collocation points you get more accurate results. There are plenty of articles in literature which demonstrate this situation. May be you have errors with your computer codes or your time integration algorithm is not correctly implemented.
