In Smart PLS can I create a construct that has data but created by using different indicators?

Greetings. I want to construct an index by using different indicators. For an example I have eight items by using all I have to construct an index. In the attached picture ECO1 to ECO 8 are items, by using which I constructed ECO. Is that ok? Thanks.

I am looking for an answer to the same question, but in a different field. I know that I will have to attribute different weights to the indicators (in my case, it has to be a consensus between experts). I am now searching for the next step.
