For my project I need to use some othe materials like Indium Tin Oxide (ITO), Selenium (Se), Arsenic Triselenide (As2Se3) in sentaurus TCAD. While I am going to add those materials with a parameter file (externally added), it shows an error like that "The material name "Selenium" was not found in DATEX!".
Please suggest me how to add new material?

You can add Anysemiconductor as include material in SDEVICE and edit the Anysemiconductor.par file
You can change the silicon parameter file, but it will be better if you edit the Anysemiconductor or Anymaterial, or Anyinsulator. par file (depending upon the property of the material you are using). In the Sdevice present in the workbench, you will get the option "add materials." Clicking upon that will show you a selection list. From the list, you can choose Anysemiconductor or Anymaterial, or Anyinsulator
