If we said the difference in currents between out of membrane and inside of it make the stimulus stong or weak so what is motivation that make ion pumps pump a huge amount of ions in strong stimulus and pump small amount in weak stimulus?

In fact, mutation of voltage gated sodium channels has been implicated in various heart arrhythmias including atrial fibrillation, in which contractions occur during the refractory period.
