In axial piston pump modeling using CFD, what is the suitable outlet boundary condition?

i have counter to axial piston pump simulation using Fluent, and Layering mesh moving method was used, the problem is , when using outlet-vent boundary condition, the pressure ripple estimated well, but the flow ripple is not?

the loss coefficient is estimated from a experimental setup which is mimic a pressure needle valve flow coefficient used as the hydraulic load.
