I am doing ANOVA for three factors with different levels, and the ANOVA table has only two factors out of three. I am wondering why did it happen and what should I do. Should I consider the removed factor as insignificant?
Without knowing a little more about your data set and the command you used to elicit the analysis, I can only offer some suggestions that might trigger such a message:
1. You have no variation on the factor in question (e.g., all cases are of one level of that factor);
2. Your sample size was insufficient in one or more cells.
In completing David's comment Are you sure that your third factor is not built on two other factors. Minitab is a great software and there is no possibility of mistakes. My other idea is to use DOE instead of GLM.
