In an over populated country, there are many problems like poverty, unemployment, pollution, resource depletion, corruption etc. Among these unemployment is the major one. By solving this problem we can also solve other problems for example, poverty. In this case, technical knowledge will be more effective. This is a very interesting question. First of all, I want to say that education is very much important for the development of any country. This education may be vocational or either general. Actually, both of the education are necessary for any country and also the overpopulated country. I do believe that based on only one education like vocational or general, the country's development will not be possible. Both of them are equally important. However, I think, based on the situation of the country sometimes we have to give more emphasis on vocational education and sometimes we need to give more emphasis on general education.

Both education systems are important because they are complimentary to each others.

The issue of high population density, with reference to the jackpot of human living chances, depends on the tech-know-logical level of a given societal entity. Vocational training programs, founded on a polytechnic paradigm, are a good short-term means to get people into work and income; this can be even done by educational vidoes, if literacy and technical skills are not developed enough, in the beginning. Concerning the overall stability of any social system, general human education is the key to long-term survival. A broad and learned world knowledge data base enables people (as individuals and the group fabric) to overcome hardships of (and in) life and work by creative solutions and innovations. In this sense, vocational education can serve only as a subcategory of human education or educating humans to participate in the economic jackpot of life. A learning that pays must be concentrated radically on advanced literacy and technical skills, but not to a temporary vocational demand of a market or a state. Therefore, economic and educational freedom seem to be the key for achieving human happiness in this earthly life.

You know, 85% of the jobs that young people will occupy do not exist today, for this I think we must offer students multidisciplinary training and avoid specialized training.

Both education is important. But looking at it from the angle of an overpopulated country, one of the likely challenges will be unemployment which is a big threat to any country, for this reason, I will support vocational education that way everyone will be self-employed.
