Over the past 500 years we as a species have altered the soils globally and are now faced with the task of rehabilitating said soils. Granted there are numerous modern and advanced methods to meet this challenge but, may of these advances carry draw backs of their own.
The premise is to grow what the soil type is able to sustain and work on rebuilding the soil base organically over time. Any and all thoughts on archaic methods of rebuilding the soil in natural organic manners is desired.
