I need some help regarding my research work.  I have a dataset where, 

Y1 is a Time of Day (Discrete with 4 Categories - AM peak, Inter-peak, PM peak, Off-peak)

Y2 is Trip Type (Binary with Alone or Accompanied By), and

X1, X2 are the socio-demographic Variables

Can anyone provide a R code or Python Code for that ??

Or a suitable example to jointly estimate a mnl and bl using copulas ??
