I used poly-L-lysine coated slides (50ug/ml, 1h @37°C, wash 2x with PBS before use) for primary murine microglia and it worked fine.

Thanks for that Tomas! I can mostly find culture recommendations in the literarture for primary cultures ( like you have pointed out) but not for iPSC-derived ones. I reckon it should work the same way for the derived ones as the primary ones.
