I work on a pesticide preparation, based on essential oils, and I need to stabilize the solution, for field tests. As it will be used for organic agriculture, the emulsifier must also be produced by organic agriculture. I am about to test soya lecithin and gum arabic. I would like to test 3 or 4 more of them.
