I have a purified IgM protein with the high molecular weight (~600 KD). The NativePAGE gel runs perfectly, while the protein marker is not clear. Therefore, I am looking for another protein marker with different brands. Does anyone have some recommendations?

Thanks for your answer. This product, LC0725, has been discontinued in ThermoFisher and I can't find other marker for molecular weight >600 KD.

Honghui Liu, I have used the same exact product that Manuele suggested. It's not discontinued because I have just received an order from them. Try calling the company and asking about it. I have to warn you though that with me it doesn't seem to work properly, as I am not able to see all the quantifying bands that the company says the product has.
