Hi Dr Adam Krystian Wiśniewski . Since it is not indexed in Scopus or Web of Science so it is not a good journal .

In addition to the inclusion in the Beall’s list as mentioned by Anton Vrdoljak I see another reason why you should avoid this one. They claim “As we are not indexed with SCOPUS and Web of Science and we receive a lot of requests for SCOPUS Journals. So to complete the requirements of our authors we have collaborated with a lot of journals indexed in SCOPUS / Web of Science (SCIE/SSCI) / SJR / PubMed and much more” (http://ijrdo.org/index.php/index/scopus).

One quick scan through the list I conclude that they 'collaborate' with numerous titles with ‘issues’, such as:

Having quick look at as indicated by Aref Wazwaz the non-indexed journals they ‘really publish’ themselves it is clear that looking for example at https://www.ijrdo.org/index.php/bm/indexing it is a sad list of fake metrics like CiteFactor, DRJI, SJIF etc. etc. (see also the info about these so-called misleading metrics https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/ ).

So, definitely not safe.

If it is a business/management topic a good starting point is the ABDC journal quality lsit.

If it is some other field, look for a similar list of good, non-predatory serious journals. Beall's list is helpful, but updates ceased a few years ago.

I was contacted by IJRDO thru whatapps, they said they can help me to publish in any scoupus/wos journals that I want to. I am worried they are scammer, anyone has been publishing through them?
