We were approch for SFS-17

Dear dr Marchand,

 Thank you for useful information.

 I looked at the link for the project proposal: Innovations in plant protection (SFS-17). It seem to me very interesting, because this topics are similar to what we are working last three years (my small team of four of us two doctors and two PhD students), when I changed position and come to the Institute for Multidisciplinary Research.

 Previously I worked in Institute for plant protection and environment. I was head of Plant Pest Department for eight years. I also worked there, for our Ministry of Agriculture, on research on new pest's biology and possibility of their control (chemical and biological control). I was also included in pesticide registration of insecticides in Serbia. In these years I participate in 4 international projects, as coordinator from Serbian part.

 Now I moved to the Institute for Multidisciplinary Research (www.imsi.rs). I continued to work on old topics, but also I started to work more on biological pest control using essential oils, plant extracts, zeolit and diatomeous dust.

Recently we started (with chemists from my institute) to use capsulation methods for preparing EO, and next spring we will try to use them in practice on vegetables in fields and in glasshouse. Also we are asked from our bee growers to help them in combating Varroa mite. We have some positive results in laboratory and next spring we will try it also in practice.

 So, I would like to ask you if you have any need for cooperating in this project (SFS-17) with my team, we are open for cooperation.

we are planing a field research for the upcoming season. First we will try lab tests and with some of them later and field trials wih L.decemlineata. We will try with some mixtrure of cold pressed oils with essential oils. Also we will try some water and metanol plant extracts.  If you have some sugestion for us we will try it, and later if we get god results we will put you in these articles. We are open for cooperation with you with or without any project. Of course it will be better to have some project but time is going we have no time to lose, bugs are there and waiting for us.
