Thanks Soitiris. This is the issue - as much as someone like me questions the merits of cruising, the market embraces it. This is the challenge - how to convince the cruise industry that many of their practices must change and how to convince consumers that they should seek a higher standard of corporate social responsibility.

Dear Joseph, this research is so interesting. I am conducting a similar study. Indeed, I already filled over 1000 questionnaire. The interest for cruise is still great. However, for cruise companies will be important to rethink to the business model especially in terms of social dimension.
