In general, the answer is not known yet, due to the fact that the distribution of primes is full of mysteries. There are many proved facts about prime distribution, such as there is a large gap between the consecutive large prime numbers and some similar results. But the complete behavior of prime distribution is still an open question.

One may paraphrase your question as:

Can we provide some geometrical (fractal pattern) to the prime numbers that may reveal some pattern?
