We are very clear, if there was not Newtonian theory, we should not have car and satellite and many other productions. If there was not the Faraday's law of induction, we should not have electric power. If there was not the Rutherford-Bohr atomic model and quantum theory, we should not have modern instruments, such as mobile phone and PC.
But, if there was not Einstein's theory of relativity, what we should not have?
Einstein's theory of relativity has never contributed anything to our world, why it is a great theory?
This is a determined problem for Einstein's theory of relativity. So, relativists faked that the GPS need be corrected with the Hafele-keating experiment. But, factually, the Hafele-keating experiment is incredible.

Sorry for not knowing how to answer this question promptly. I need lot of internet search to give a clear-cut scientific answer but I appreciate very much what you are looking for: applications of the theory in terms of instrument, appliance, product …if there is an actual & not a fake one.
When I was a postgraduate student at the University of Bradford (England), an Indian schoolmate used to call me "Einstein" but I did not like that then. I, afterwards, knew that he meant genius but I think he was exaggerating since I am really a simple ordinary man.

It would be difficult to interpret the constant 'c' in the Maxwell's equations properly on the ground of the principle of relativity.

cannot mean that Einstein's theory of relativity is valid.
In my cited reference, it is shown that, in the Lorentz transformation, the speed of light along the y' and z' axes is infinitely large.
