If my both donor and recipient strains are resistant to that specific drug eg. Streptomycin then how i will differentiate my transconjugants on plate?

I want to do know that either my Ecoli resistant genes are transfering from donor to recipient or not. For this i am using C600 recipient strain which is resistant to Streptomycin. Now if my donor bacteria is also resistant to this drug then how i will differentiate my transconjugants strains that either it is donor or recipient colony.
