Assuming a theoretical total dissimilatory conversion of sulfate to sulfide you might get a maximum sulfide concentration of 33 mg/L. However, effective yield might be less due to sorption or precipitation processes (e.g. in the presence of metals).

Note: Bacteria may also perform assimilatory sulfate reduction, if e.g. sulfate is the only sulfur source available...
