Hi , here is a question that if bond in HCl is a covalent bond , why In salt formations of drug like doxorubicin HCl it is considered is ionic bond ? ( once doxorubicin is dissolved in HCl H+ will attach to N of doxorubicin and protonation will happen, then it make ionic bond with Cl - again )
