Legal framework is proposed to be drafted for the safety from stress to very senior corporate officials in bank. What provisions should be considered while drafting legislation?

Managers should learn to trust their co workers,they must not think everything must be done by them alone,over lapping job function should be avoided. Finally, adequate and proper training must be given to this managers so as to be stress free.
The banking institute has many managers for different aspects and function. In order to provide stress management for senior officials duplication of works should be prevented. There should be consideration of having a counselling agency for staff because the job of banking is stressful. Perhaps this should be legislated. Afterall we as humans can make errors. Automating certain tasks for the manager would be beneficial to relieve stress on the individual.

- shiftwork / hours of work
- skills / abilities do not match job demands
- lack of training and/or preparation (technical and social)

- isolation at the workplace (emotional or working alone
