Is there any change in soil or rock sample heated to a high temperature. As an example of a sample collected from a weathered profile and the pH of this sample is 7.6. Now this sample is heated up to 600 degrees C then the pH value of this same sample is same or not?

For soils, if the samples are heated to 600ºC you can expect about 2-4 point increase in pH.
