Mohammed Djelilate The pictures are not clear. There should have macro or micro conidial structure also. The picture from medium seems to be Fusarium. But need to confirm by conidial structure. Please mention source of collection.

these microscopic observations are prepared taken in different stages; the first after 5 days and the second after 10 days, I'm not why the conidial structures are not present.
Mohammed it look like Fusarium. keep the culture in incubator more than 14 days, may be you have conidia
