To add upon the leaf morphology of the Melia dubia is little bigger than that of Melia azedarach and also the flower of has unique fragrance that might help you to identify in better manner

Melia dubia Cav. and Melia azedarach species are phylogenetically distinct species as evidenced by Parsimony and Bayesian analysis. Field identification character such as stem bark, size of pinnae, flower colour, fruit size and shape used to differentiate these two species.
