    I am sure that Melia dubia is far different from that of Melia azedarach. The links provided by Arvind singh sir might have provided the answer to question. To add upon the leaf morphology of the Melia dubia is little bigger than that of Melia azedarach and also the flower of  has unique fragrance that might help you to identify in better manner

Sir, I noticed the  differences.  Bark, Leaf, Flower etc. But Serration of leaves is different. So plz send me the photographs.

I think it come from the same specíe: A. azedarach, look your photo is very similar to M.azadarach

There is a lot of confusion in the names and plants. There are three different species  probably confusing

1.  Neem - Azadirachta indica A. Juss  Simple pinnate leaf

2. Melia dubia Cav, a huge tree of the forests (we call it Malavepu) 3-4 pinnate cpmpound leaf

3. Melia azedarach Linn.  A small tree often planted in gardens  (We call it Seema vepu) 2-3 pinnate leaf (The picture you  put is  this plant)

Melia dubia Cav. and Melia azedarach species are phylogenetically distinct species as evidenced by Parsimony and Bayesian analysis. Field identification character such as stem bark, size of pinnae, flower colour, fruit size and shape used to differentiate these two species.
