IC50 of rapamycin and AZD8055 in Hela and HEK293?

I am searching for optimal concentration of Rapamycin and AZD8055 to inhibit mTORC1 and mTORC2 respectively in Hela cells. I want to test comparative response of both drugs and would not like to use too much of Rapamycin to avoid mTORC2 inhibition.

I would be grateful for any suggestions

0.1nmol to 0.15nmol IC50 of rapamycin can be a starting point.
