I would like to post a spreadsheet database online that can be updated by request. Ideas?

For a paper that I am publishing, I would like to post meta-analysis raw data online, so that further additions for future projects can be publicly accessible. Any ideas how/where I can post a spread-sheet like file online? If possible I would like it to be update-able by other people through a request to me. Maybe there is a domain that I can use?
