I would like to have Genome coordinates in .gtf format. Is it possible to convert from .gff3 of miRBase? How?

Need miRNA.gtf genome cordinates for counting miRNA short reads by GFOLD.

Rupesh, don't know about miRBase, but for general GTF GFF conversion, see these pages: http://blog.nextgenetics.net/?e=27

The difference is mainly in the last/attribute column. Also GTF is for genes only, while GFF3 can carry any feature defined by Sequence Ontology.
