I suggest the following reading: all Greene et al.'s studies. They have developed the Dual-Process Model (Greene et al., 2001). This model explains how people perform moral decision-making according to their socio-emotional responses and cognitive processes. You will be interested in reading Choe and Min's (2011) paper showing how emotions interfere with moral decision-making.
Lastly, many works show that affective empathy also plays a key role in such decisions (see Gleichgerrcht and Young, 2013; Decety and Cowell, 2014; Patil and Silani, 2014; Takamatsu, 2018).
What's moral or immoral varies a lot according to who's judging, the culture, the nature of the relationship in which the act is carried out, the actual nature of the act, and so many other factors - there cannot be a general answer to such a question.
Moral or immoral? In my opinion, it depends on a personal point of view. We have to live in a society in any country, and we should respect everybody. It is for me moral. Respect
