I have a crossover data on 24hr Ambulatory blood pressure measured at baseline, 4 weeks and 8 weeks and I am having a hard time doing a LMM on SPSS. There are two treatment groups, intervention and placebo, I understand LMM is a better option than repeated measure ANOVA but not exactly sure how to run the analysis and see the change over the different time-points. An help will be highly appreciated.

Based on your given information:
First, you have to make a time variable which comprise all the three time points (baseline, 4 week, and 8 week). it means all the participants will have three data rows.
Then take 'time' variable into the model along with other co-variate.
