... if someone comes to me and he just tells me he wants a measurement to be done, it's quite unlikely he gets it. Read your question again and then ask yourself "why should I grant machine time to someone that does not tell me anything about the specimen and does not tell me why he needs VSM for or what's the goal of the research". Perhaps you ask people in the wrong way or, if the machine is not heavily used, they think you don't need this or you're not going to get any useful result out of it.
I already did room temperature VSM measurements this indicate ferromagnetic nature. Now i want to take different temperature measurements in VSM. My samples are containing TM doped metal oxides (7 samples) in powder form. This was prepared from one new way like UV light irradiation method. Best of my knowledge nobody prepared by this method earlier. This is new way to prepare spintronic material.
