Thank for your link mam. But that paper TM doped with TiO2 by sol-gel method and characterized photo-catalyst behavior, i am asking can we prepare TM doped with TiO2 by photochemical method. Ok anyway that link useful for me for some other purpose. thank you

What metal you wants to dope on TiO2? If that can be reducded by photochemical method than take the required amount in aqueous medium with required amount of TiO2. Perform the photochemical process for a time period and analyse the obtain material. You may need a hole scavenger also.
