I want to measure the negative normal stress difference in a rotational rheometer of Anton Par MCR302. Can someone please describe the procedure?

I want to study the negative normal stress difference that arises in a filler-polymer nanocomposite hydrogel such as in Graphene oxide-PDMS suspension. Can someone please describe the method to measure the negative normal stress difference?
