I want to measure Nuclear translocation of my Protein of interest from cytoplasm under hypoxic and normal conditions by Image J. How to do that?

I am staining my cells with DAPI and Hif 1 alpha and I want to measure the nuclear translocation of Hif 1 alpha under hypoxic conditions by image J in confocal Images. how can i do that.
