I want to load sodium nitroprusside(dye) into silica nanoparticle?

I tried many times but it doesn't load don't know what to do.

A 100 mg sample of MPSi−NH2 was added to 20 mL of a 0.1 M concentration of nitroprusside

(NP) in aqueous solution and stirred for 24 h at room temperature (protected from light). This material was spun down and washed three times, twice with water and once with

acetone, and then dried at 30 °C for 24 h.

can someone tell what is the problem thanks.
