primary productivity can measure with calculating chlorophyll-a concentration.

first need to collect water samples from ocean with GPS location when satellite overpass and to analysis chl-a concentration in laboratory . then to collect the satellite data for the corresponding date of water sample collection.

primary productivity can measure by generating correlation between sensor band values and insitu measured chlorophll-a values by using MATLAB. in near feature without field sample value can calculate the chl-a value in particular region after development of algorithm
