From here, you can enter the name of the target and species. I did "guinea pig IFN" and got this:

The first and second entries are mRNA sequences for interferon gamma for the cavia procellus (technical name for guinea pig). You may have to enter the full name of the target or the technical name of the species, but you can almost always find the sequence you want.
