I am developing treatment for cervical cancer. Currently, I am treating CasKi cells but now I want to try this treatment on cancer cells from different cervical cancer patients. Can anyone have idea, how to separate only cancer cells from tumor tissue without losing their viability. I want to see the effect of my treatment, so I need live cells.

The disappointing and unsatisfactory answer is that there are NO markers to isolate tumor cells. They are "self" that's why.
