I want to conduct multislice TEM simulations of SnO2 but I am struggling to find Debye-Waller factors for Sn and O. Anyone with references for these?

I am simulating SnO2 nanoparticles using the multislice approach and am struggling to find references which give DWF for Sn and O at room temperature. Would be glad for references.
