i performed GC-MS of my plant extract samples now i want to know that how to find out the compounds from that data it is having peak area, Area %, peak height, retention time etc. How to use the library? i performed in (Thermo Scientific Co. Trace 1300) having Excalibur software. Plz Help?

Everything that You listed can be extracted from the chromatograms through Xcalibur software (and others). However, I think it can be difficult to do it independently for the first time. Definitely possible, with all manuals in Internet, but still not easy. So, I would recommend You to ask for assistance (and even service) to do this. Or to attend specific classes, if You want to learn it and use in future. And You should not hesitate to use service, because the data You will get from them will still need additional analysis and interpretation, and the use of service will not replace Your intellectual contribution.
@lalita You can interprete the results by comparing the mass spectra of the unknown compounds with the library spectra and then select the most closely related matches as your compounds
