I have collected data on ten different teaching pedagogy (IV) using 5-point Likert scale. The DV (entrepreneurial intention) was also collected on 5-point Likert scale.
It sounds like you may have a multidimensional version of chi-squared. I think this is possible with a generalised linear model. My advice would be to create a unvariate frequency table for each of your Likert variables. Any frequencies which are too low for any variable should be combined with their neighbours, e.g. Strongly disagree and Disagree for pedagogy One could be combined together into a single meaningful category.
Analysis of variance (due to Fisher R. A.), for testing the significance of difference among the impact of the ten teaching pedagogy, can be applicable in this case.
