It is quite difficult to get rid from Cuscuta, but try any of the following methods could be useful for minimize the hazard of Cuscuta:
- Try to use clean seeds
- Remove and burning the debris
- Overflowing the field during germination of this parasite
- Sterilize the soil with thick white polyethylene sheets
- Deep tilling
- Grow the trap crops
- Growing suitable inter-cropping
- Use pre-emergence herbicides
- Apply a suitable herbicides
