Dear Peter Kapusta, the graph I posted here hasn't been processed, It is actually pristine as it is produced by the LabSpec software after conducting the experiment. May be I don't understand the working mechanism of the software.

Dear Tuhin Khan, you've pointed out something crucial. But I still don't know where to perform autozero/ setzero. Is it in the LabSpec software or is it in the data manipulating software like Origin?
