Thanks in advance! I have Ag@MoS2 heterostructure, can someone explain why S2s peak inXPS spectrum redshifted and broadened after the sample is aged?

Ag nano particles are deposited by electron beam evaporation method on mechanically exfoliated MoS2. And XPS data were taken freshly after Ag deposition and after long exposure to ambient atmosphere.

I usually see PL intensity less than zero for some regions and it is non intuitive for me. ?

The spectrum attached is obtained from LabRAM HORIBA Raman spectrometer. We can see the photon counts for energy between 1.4 eV and 1.5 eV is less than zero.
