I try to detect with microscopy method and now want to confirm with molecular methods.

Dear Peyman,
I am having experience of Isolating DNA from Thrips insects by CTAB method. I got DNA, but in very little quantity. Try to use silica filters which yields good and purified DNA.
Try to use insects specific markers or you can also go for the Cytochrome oxidase markers. I think these markers are readily available in the database.
