If tracking the submission is made possible, then you shouldn't have any problem following the progress.
If the paper is already with the reviewers, then you have nothing to worry about. If not, you may have to reach the editorial team as a corresponding author.
Sorry to say that but nowadays there are several fake conferences is conducted by peoples. It is like a credit and debit card scams. Researchers are very much eager to publish there work and they take these advantages and create fake sites for a scam.
Beware about this I hope that your paper have been not published by some other peoples.

It's okay, that's normal because the high score journal need long time for reviewers and accepted paper at least 3 to 4 months and sometimes it takes 5 months but when its taking too much time you can send an email to ask about the paper
