Ok, your comment makes things more clear in my mind, thank you very much.. I would like to ask also about the sodium phosphate chemicals. One of them is sodium phosphate monobasic and the other one is dibasic but I have Na2HPO4*2H2O as the dibasic one. How can I arrange the difference? Does it work also for this?
Dear Özlem (sorry for the "s" in my previous post)...
As concerning your question on I would like to congratulate...: cares about the differences in hydration of chemicals as stated in recipes ... YES you can, but you have to recalculate the weight for dibasic sodium phosphate.....I do not know whether I am able to provide an English recipe/protocol out of my own chem-solution work-up. But if I have left some time to do I shall post it here again...
"Wolfgang" as a title is sufficient! I am really an informal person...I have read your messages to my mail-account just some minute ago....please apologize that I did not respond earlier (due to my reduced capacity in working as a "one man show" in my/this EM- Lab. You'll get the recipe(s) within the next minutes with the answered e-mail-message.
the announced mail to you was sent from my desk 12.25 (local time = 13:25 or 14.25 your time) a.m. in reply to YOUR e-mail. Interestingly - since I sent a second e-mail without all the 4 or five attached files for you (below 4 MB!) to you (and my private home-mail) I did not get back a confirmation of your server that the mail was received nor that it was read. On the other hand my private provider server remitted an error message that the mail was refused due to "containing SPAM!" So I really don't know what has happened.
Sorry for this, let me know whether you found an e-mail (could it be that it was censored?) and how we can overcome perhaps this situation?
