It is called plagiarism. You should definitely inform the journal. We had such a case with our journal and we've put the authors on " black list", i.e. we will never publish another submission by them, and in the next issue editor made the incident public.

It must have been a technical failure, because in reality theft is a kind of unprecedented meanness and crime if it can be possible in the scientific community of the highly intellectual people!

Dear Professor Zabrodskii, first and foremost, as many others have suggested too, write emails (also send them reminders) to the editors of both Journals.

Next, I can see the institutional email and affiliation of the corresponding author (plagiarizer:literature pirate) in your post, it would be very wise to write a detailed email letter to the institutional heads of that plagiarizer, also cc it to the Ministry of Education and relevant authorities/bodies governing the tertiary level education in the country of corresponding (plagiarizer) author. I am sure this will help resolve your case.

Please update us if you have made any progress in this regard.

I have had many similar cases. But plagiarists occupied so high a position that I had no idea to do anything. But it was in Russia. Maybe You have another case.

Спасибо большое. Они не из России. В России мой коллега как-то просто убрал, отправляя в редакцию "непрестижного" российского журнала (журнал вуза), мою фамилию из числа авторов (статью писал я).

Что было делать с этим нечистоплотным профессором из СВИБХБ (Саратов)? Он 2 года назад умер. Чего-то подобного не было, и не слышал. Что произошло? Из одной редакции статья попадает к авторам, которые ставят свои ФИО, изменяют название статьи и публикуют ее через 13 дней после меня в другом журнале (Annals of Immunology & Immunotherapy).

Почитайте, пожалуйста (ниже). Ясно, что моя статья с моей фамилией была уже опубликована в другом журнале на 13 дней раньше, чем "воришки" опубликовали на 100% то же, но со своими фамилиями в Annals of Immunology & Immunotherapy. It's a good idea, but in this case the journal editor (Annals of Immunology & Immunotherapy), at my request, deleted the article after sending an email to "pseudo-scientists", they didn't reply. I also wrote to "pseudo-scientists", and they did not answer me. My article was published in another journal 13 days before it went to the journal where it was published ("pseudo-scientists").

This is a very serious situation.

It is an editorial fraud that must be made known to the scientific community and at the same time, claim plagiarism to the Journal that published its content only by changing the title and authors.

At the same time, send the acceptance letter for the publication of your work in the Journal where the publication was accepted to you.

Also, inform the Journal where your work was originally published, that your article was plagiarized on such site and Journal.

Finally, wait for the opinion of said claim
